This machine tool adopts the rolling milling cutting method to process various tooth profiles of straight/helical spline shafts and straight helical cylindrical gear workpieces. It is an efficient machine tool suitable for mass production of spline shafts, transmission shafts, and gear parts in the mechanical manufacturing industry such as automotive transmission components, tractors, and gear processing. This function can achieve gear hobbing on two or more teeth with different tooth numbers modules on the workpiece in one clamping.

The CNC system adopts a four axis, five axis and six axis gear hobbing machine control, which has high reliability, complete protection functions, and colored LED display function. The tool is driven by a spindle servo motor, which has the advantages of high power, smooth operation, and good reliability.
